Coffee Sessions   

While our company remains strong in our traditional markets, we are constantly striving to expand the breadth of our business. Your ideas for our best new growth opportunities are invaluable to us.  Coffee Sessions provide a friendly forum for MFC employees to voice their thoughts and ideas about suitable new markets.   
Any employee with a unique, qualifying idea for a new business venture (e.g. new customer and/or new solution) will be invited to casually discuss their thoughts with MFC’s leadership over morning coffee.   
To learn more about this program, please visit the Coffee Sessions Web site. There, you will have the opportunity to describe your idea, identify possible customers and submit any other information you're aware of regarding market trends, competitors, and possible risks. You will then be invited to attend a physical coffee session to informally discuss your idea with senior MFC leaders (complimentary juice, water and pastries will also be available). Representatives from Business Development, Strategic Planning, Operations, Finance, Technical Operations and other key disciplines will meet to consider how we might make your idea thrive and launch MFC into a new business venture.
While not all ideas can be implemented, the most promising of them will be poised to enter the MFC business development pipeline, setting the stage for us to capture valuable new business. All participants invited to a coffee session will receive a complimentary Lockheed Martin coffee mug.   
Coffee Sessions will be held monthly, rotating between Orlando and Dallas. Again, all employees are encouraged to participate by submitting their ideas via the Web site, ensuring the ideas address growth opportunities for MFC.
